Steven J. Greenstein

Steven J. Greenstein graduated from the New England School of Law, in 1973. Mr. Greenstein was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1973, in the State of Florida in 1979, in the State of New York in 1983, before the United States Supreme Court in 1978, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Greenstein became the Assistant Prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in Newark, New Jersey from 1973-1976 and 1977-1978, and a Special Deputy Attorney General in Newark, New Jersey from 1976 through 1977. Since 1991, Mr. Greenstein has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. In 1995, he achieved Advocate status from the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National College of Advocacy, and is an active member of ATLA-NJ. Mr. Greenstein is also a member of the State of New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations, and the Florida Bar Association.

Mr. Greenstein has lectured on product liability for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America of New Jersey and specializes in product liability and medical malpractice law, and as a member of the firm's Complex Litigation Department, also specializes in complex personal injury litigation.
