Roy J. Konray graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1972, and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University in 1975. That same year he was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Konray chairs the firm’s Complex Litigation Department. Mr. Konray has served as Chair of the State Bar Association's Medical Malpractice Committee. He has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell (its highest rating). He was elected as a "Master" to the Richard J. Hughes American Inn of Court. Mr. Konray publications include: "Stacking the Deck: UIM and The Unsuspecting Claimant", New Jersey Lawyer, September 25, 1995; "Opening Statements", ABA Trial Techniques Newsletter, Spring, 1990; "Medical Malpractice Parameters Expand", New Jersey Lawyer, October 25, 1993; "Beshada Warnings: Milestone or High Water Mark?", NJSBA Civil Trial Bar Newsletter, February, 1994. Mr. Konray is board certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court's Board of Trial Certification. He is a member of the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New Jersey Bar Association. He specializes in medical and legal malpractice.
